What is Support Coordination
Support Coordination for NDIS services helps you get the most out of your NDIS plan, and takes the stress out of organising your support services.
It’s designed so people can get the most value out of their funded package. Support Coordination is an NDIS funded Support, designed to assist you to make sure you get the most out of your NDIS funding package.
When your first NDIS plan is developed with support coordination included as one of the supports, you’ll be able to work with your chosen Support Coordinator to figure out how your funds will be spent, and you’ll be linked with all of the different service providers that you may need.
How does the Support Coordination work?
Support coordination essentially is where we are the coordinator of support for a participant who has an NDIS package (eg. A client has an NDIS package and we make recommendations as to which provider could support and assist them day to day and to achieve their goals)
It provides the flexibility to help you find the community, employment and accommodation options that are right for you.

As your Support Coordinator, we will support you to weigh up options and to assist you to communicate about what you want and need.
We can advise and guide you throughout your NDIS journey, and assist you with any issues with providers.
Find and connect the best support services for you, and your needs, drawing on our key relationships and large network of national and local service providers.
We work with you to understand the details of your NDIS plan, what’s included, and how to make it happen in the most effective and efficient way for you – we’ll even give you training so you can self-manage your NDIS plan, if you decide to go that route.
Finally, we’ll track the progress of your plan, and prepare for reviews.
